A comparative study of the Egyptian Legend of the Afflictions of Abydos with the Hiram story in the Torah.

Abstract

Myth, in the thought of the first man, and even in the modern human is not only fantasy and legend, but real history that expresses his attitude towards his essence and is the basis of his thoughts. In this essay, we study and adopt the signs, words and thoughts of the myths of Abydos' afflictions with the history of Hiram in the Torah and some of the ideas of Judaism that have led this divine religion to be distorted. While we show the sources of his thinking, as one of the representatives of modern barbarism, we will demonstrate the relationship between these thoughts and some of the deviations in today's societies.
