Understanding the historical phases of Didactics to resignify Didactics for the formation of competences.

Abstract

In this article the historical phases of the Didactics were explained, making a general reference to its characteristics and the authors representing them. Each phase was related to the Didactic for the formation of competences, justifying from this relationship how Didactics is currently interpreted under this approach. Finally, we intended to resignify the concept of Didactics for the formation of competences, locating that its foundation is the didactic situation and the epistemic phase or paradigm of rationality is based on the critical orientation of Didactics.
