Abstract

The research is based on verifying the challenges of today's complex society through an approach by competencies that has meant a propositional turn in the structure and methodology of labor systems. In this sense, it is determined that basic aspects have been forgotten, the inclusion of which deserves to be reviewed given the relevance that it has on the effectiveness in the processes of the labor scope. Working on positive emotions and emotional intelligence constitute those forgotten aspects, which have repercussions on positive results of achievement and personal and social well-being and therefore on the development of the organization. The study justifies the need to develop and acquire emotional competencies in the current work systems.
