Involvement of Ecuadorian teachers to research processes, their influence on scientific production.
Abstract
Investigative work is a necessity both professionally and academically. In line with this, at the Quevedo State Technical University in Ecuador, scientific research that can be published and enhances the academic performance of the institution is encouraged. In this sense, this research aims to make a diagnosis of the involvement of teachers in research processes and how this influences scientific production. For this, a survey was applied to 143 teachers from this higher education center. The SPSS was used in the quantitative analysis of the results and it was summarized using descriptive statistics and absolute frequency analysis.
