Abstract

The research allows us to compare the effectiveness of educational intervention through social networks for the prevention of Human Papillomavirus infection in university students of Medicine. A descriptive-comparative longitudinal study of non-experimental design will be carried out during a short period of time, applied to a sample of 80 students between 18 and 22 years of age from whom information was obtained on socio-demographic characteristics, level of knowledge, and practices in relation to the phenomenon under investigation, where it will consist of three stages. It is demonstrated the need for a proposal that aims to implement an educational program to motivate students to acquire knowledge preventing the Human Papilloma Virus.
