Analysis of the electronic government of Ecuador used as a tool to transparent public management and citizen participation.
Abstract
The advance and innovation of Information and Communication Technologies has forced the States to reformulate their actions, establishing government policies within the framework of Modernization, contemplated in plans elaborated with the purpose of informing public management with transparency, and at the same time, that the citizens participate in this mechanism, through the delivery of online services, taking advantage precisely of the digital platforms, seeking to simplify the procedures, saving time and money, a performance that has worked fully in many countries that bet on the digital era with excellent results. Ecuador is part of the e-Government, a policy applied since its inception by the National Secretariat of Public Administration, which was in charge of implementing, regulating and advising.
