Importance of legal research for the training of legal professionals in Ecuador.

Abstract

To be able to access the importance of legal research in educational processes, it is necessary to understand that legal science, as a dogmatic inference is an immanent or intrasystematic intellectual activity, so that in the present approach to the subject it values the seeds of the qualitative research as access to the scientific knowledge of the jurist and the future professional of law. The research was carried out at UNIANDES Babahoyo headquarters with the third semester students. The general conclusions are formulated where the hierarchy of the use of qualitative models for the development of investigations in the field of legal sciences is highlighted.
