Sustainable entrepreneurship in rural communities of the Los Ríos Province.

Abstract

The research deals with ventures in the province of Los Ríos. It was necessary to apply a structural analysis with an instrument that consisted of 15 variables, as well as social aspects of the environment. A survey was used to determine entrepreneurial activities, showing in rural enterprises a low participation of government entities, as well as difficulties in accessing credit, having to start activities with their own resources, family or unconventional credits. The ventures are unrelated to the Local Development Plan and far from the country's social development policies.
