User satisfaction with nursing staff care.
Abstract
Since the beginning of the 20th century, health units have strived to become units with excellent levels of user satisfaction. Given this situation, factors influencing the satisfaction of the user over 18 years of age who attend outpatient appointments of the different specialties during 2018 were identified, in relation to the care of the nursing staff at the Central Guayas Specialty Center. Data were obtained on how the user receives the attention of the staff, what kind of greeting they receive when they arrive at the nursing station, counseling on medication, procedures and consultation, which allowed recognizing strengths and shortcomings of the staff. It is proposed to hold a motivational workshop seminar in health centers.
