Abstract

Krukenberg tumor or signet ring carcinoma can be seen in the metastatic tumor of the breast, intestine, appendix, pancreas, or biliary tract. The average age of the patient is 45 years. The patient generally presents with nonspecific symptoms such as pelvic pain, abdominal swelling, vaginal bleeding, or viralization, if the patient is pregnant. We present the case of a 40-year-old patient who consulted the emergency department for abdominal pain and bloating associated with progressive weight loss for 3 months, with alterations in the menstrual cycle, significant abdominal bloating, and the presence of a mobile abdomen-pelvic mass with ascites. on palpation, with no signs of peritoneal irritation.
