Abstract

Fibrolamelar carcinoma is a variant of hepatocarcinoma, a rare disease that usually occurs in young adults with a healthy liver, unlike hepatocarcinoma that is associated with cirrhosis of the liver and other liver disease. The little reference information about this pathology in the country and the lack of data in health centers make it a problem, this motivated the realization of the present research. The objective of this research is to publicize the importance of radiological and imaging diagnosis, as an effective method for identifying fibrolamelar carcinoma.
