Abstract
The objective of this work was to determine the anthropometric nutritional status of workers in the tuna company during 2015. It is a quantitative, analytical study based on medical records and using 1012 surveys applied to workers. The obtained data were processed in Microsoft Excel program. The results indicate the predominance of 56.9% of workers are in normal weight, 29.7% overweight, 11.47% obese, and 1.88% thin, with a predominance of overweight in females. male envelope. The need arises to create a healthy eating program according to the needs and conditions of the workers studied and decrease the rate of poor nutrition.
