Teaching methodologies and assessment strategies used by teachers at the Faculty of Education and Humanities of the University of Tarapacá.
Abstract
The objective of the study is to know the pedagogical reality of the university teacher, if it responds to current didactic requirements and if it remains in tune with the Educational Model of the University of Tarapacá. During 2018, four focus groups were held for students and one for career managers; jointly a questionnaire is applied to academics, all belonging to the Faculty of Education and Humanities, in addition to analyzing 5 official documents. The results indicate that the teachers maintain coherence and conceptual and theoretical domain between teaching-learning strategies and the educational model of the University of Tarapacá, pending the effective transfer to classroom practice.
