Abstract
The article is derived from the second result of the project “Theoretical and methodological treatment of the ethical dimension of performance”. The objective is to offer the main experiences and lessons learned from educational innovation based on the preparation of teachers for the treatment of the ethical dimension. The content shows the result of the diagnosis, the system of workshops and a report on the main results observed during the implementation of the workshops, which are: awareness, interest development, evaluation, testing and adoption by the actors; In addition, the main contributions to new knowledge in the field of training knowledge and the main impacts of innovation are determined.
