The integral formation of the students from the university extension.

Abstract

The integral formation of the student is concretized in a solid scientific, technical, humanistic formation and of high ideological values, to achieve revolutionary professionals, who can perform successfully in the sectors of the economy and society. To achieve this, it is necessary for Higher Education Institutions to integrate their three substantive functions: teaching, research and university extension, and to be linked to society and culture. This article shows the results achieved with the activities of University Extension, achieving greater political-ideological preparation and the leading role of students in events, morning, honorary chairs, competitions, exhibitions, and events with which they have developed communication skills and values, which affect their comprehensive training.
