Sustainable agroecological training management strategy.

Abstract

Protecting the environment as an alternative to sustainable development affects the transformation of human consciousness; In this direction, the strategy that aims to promote sustainable agroecological development in the agricultural context, and the cultural transformation of farmers through individual and social management that enables relevant decision-making in their self-training, is elaborated. The results are obtained from the epistemological characterization of the sustainable agroecological training process and the considerations from the experiences in the Third Front coffee agroecosystem in Santiago de Cuba, focusing it as a Case Study.
