Culture of legality and human rights. The new course of Higher Education in Mexico.

Abstract

The culture of legality has been a widespread topic in Mexico during the last decades so that the recipients of the norms know the operation of the legal system. In the field of Higher Education, it is essential that students know their rights, obligations and specifically, consider the culture of legality as a basic principle of their academic training in connection with the promotion and full respect for human rights. For this reason, in this study we are particularly interested in highlighting the culture of legality and human rights, as a new course of Higher Education in Mexico.
