Right of defense and due process in intermediate stage.
Abstract
This article reads in a logical legal analysis of the right of defense and due process in the criminal process, exclusively in the intermediate stage. The quality is one of the most technical and indispensable stages in the development of the process, as well as the role that the parties play in the Mexican criminal process during the intermediate hearing, in the same way it addresses the applicable regulations for the administration of justice and the basic principles on which the criminal process develops.
