Characteristics of temperament and personality of Agricultural Mechanical Engineering students.
Abstract
This article shows the results of the study of some temperament and personality traits of the students of Agricultural Mechanical Engineering (IMA) of the Chapingo Autonomous University (UACh.) with the aim of strengthening their training process through strategies that are adjusted to individual and group needs. The research is empirical, transversal, and quantitative. The instrument used was the Turborienta software that evaluates 160 factors comprehensively and was applied to a sample of 244 students in the 4th, 5th and 6th grades. The results show group averages of the temperament traits. These results are of great help for the development of the academic tutoring program.
