Scientific and statistical research for data analysis.

Abstract

Statistics has evolved and gained importance in different areas. As a management tool, it has become an indispensable instrument for explaining data, projections, and weightings. In research, its methodology is included almost in a mandatory way, to understand the results of a study. The work was based on a non-experimental investigation. Through a documentary descriptive method, it allowed for a review of the bibliography and literature, in order to know the statistical methods and techniques used in a scientific research process. It is necessary to interpret the behavior of the variables, the representation of the data and inferences. It is required to methodologically identify the type and design of a research, in order to determine the statistical tools for data analysis.
