This article aims to reflect on the legal policies that are used in the treatment of victims of this type of crime. Rape victims are people who become essentially fearful individuals, with peculiar needs and motivations, and therefore, require specialized and individual attention. The article deals with a seldom treated aspect, the one referring to the psychic point of view and the correspondence that it has with the protection required by the victim.
