Abstract

This research refers to the labor rights of pregnant women, being fundamental rights recognized in the Constitution and International Treaties Ratified by Ecuador; the stated objective was to analyze the judgments issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador in two specific cases in which the violation of the right to work in public sector dependencies was evidenced, due to the lack of applicability of the regulations by the operators of justice in the first instance.
