The evaluation of the impact of the environmental preparation of managers for sustainable local development.
Abstract
Impact evaluation is of particular importance in organizations. The objective of this work is to propose a procedure to evaluate the impact of the environmental preparation of managers in Villa Clara, Cuba, by analyzing a case study. The methodology used starts from a materialistic dialectical conception, articulating the theory and systematized practice. They are used as methods: document analysis, interview, and survey. The sample was made up of 15 subjects. The results reveal the potentialities and limitations that it presents: The evaluation of the impact on environmental preparation of managers, deriving a procedure to perfect this process. The study culminates with final considerations and recommendations that request to delve into key aspects of the subject that have been little investigated.
