Sustainable tourism in the framework of the agenda 2030 objectives in the canton of Baños de Agua Santa, Ecuador.
Abstract
Sustainable tourism involves the production of the tourism industry from a perspective of conservation of natural resources and cultural heritage. The study was framed in a mixed approach, under the general objective of analyzing sustainable tourism practices present in the framework of the Agenda 2030 Objectives in the Baños de Agua Santa Canton, Ecuador as a factor of commercial advantage, adhering to environmental conservation guidelines. With a methodology of field design, and support in a documentary analysis, of descriptive-explicative type, using a survey type Likert, of level 0,94 in the scale of extremely high reliability, under the Coefficient Alpha of Cronbach. It is concluded that effective strategies must be established for the achievement of ODS within the canton and the country.
