Abstract

In Cuba, studies of territorial and business risks, vulnerabilities and risks are carried out, where the plan of measures by stages of implementation is conceived. The general objective of the work is to devise general measures for the risks of strong winds in the "Encanto" hotel complex located in the city of Camagüey of the CUBANACAN chain, in the context of climate change. Its practical novelty is relevant because it favors the protection of these tourist facilities, as well as for the planning of financial and material resources by sector and territory. General measures are proposed for the different stages; prevention (eight), preparation (33), response (six) and recovery (four).
