Self-knowledge groups with Psychology students.
Abstract
The objective of this work was to develop self-knowledge groups that allow students of the Bachelor of Psychology at the Autonomous University of Guerrero to identify the importance of self-knowledge personally and in their professional training. We worked with a group of 20 secondsemester students and a semi-structured interview was done before and after the development of the work in the self-knowledge groups. Significant changes in their ways of perceiving personal work were recognized in students, recognizing it not only as a professional but also a personal need. The information from the interviews applied before and after the intervention confirms the scope of this type of Gestalt group work with university students.
