Vocational Orientation, Socio-Emotional Learning and Sense of Life in Higher Education.
Abstract
This research seeks to provide a general framework to understand the vocational guidance process considering the personality, motivation, aspirations and passion of the student in choosing a professional career that, when exercising it, provides job satisfaction, allows him to be more productive, and consequently, increase the productivity of the company or sector in which it works; increase global competitiveness while feeling self-actualized and satisfied with yourself. Starting from socio-emotional learning as a generator and driver of the process that allows the student to walk the path of self-discovery with a sense of life and purpose through the exercise of their profession.
