Abstract
This work presents the theoretical foundations that support a research protocol based on how to promote good nutrition and its impact on students' school performance as well as concepts from various authors and characterization; there is also diverse information on healthy and adequate nutrition in the different stages of life, given the need they have to put this knowledge into practice, also a research protocol is proposed that conceives the design of an educational strategy for promoting good nutrition and its impact on the school performance of 2nd grade students at Ignacio Ramírez de Cocula Elementary School, Guerrero.
