The New Reality of Higher Education as a human right during COVID-19.

Abstract

Until 2019, we could opt for a school or distance higher education system according to our needs. However, at the end of March 2020, in a drastic way the method of imparting Higher Education was transformed, being implemented as an urgent measure a hybrid teaching model preponderant virtual education, for which there was not enough preparation. This was the solution to a problem that persists, in order to give continuity and comply with the human right of access to education, placing the instruction within the reach of all university students. In this study we are interested in specifically emphasize, the new reality of Higher Education as a human right during COVID-19.
