Abstract
The present work deals with a research in order to verify the importance of human capital in companies. By knowing and understanding the importance as well as the value that all workers have within companies, we can make our working life better; by giving a good treatment and the importance of the worker, the company will grow even more than expected and the results will reach the desired success, it will achieve the resolution of conflicts and difficulties that delay the achievement of goals, and it will be prepared to face competition, and difficult assignments will be lightened, among other things.
