Abstract

In the present work, it is proposed to sensitize and implement in the educational community the continuing teacher training strategy based on the sisterhood strategy, as an action that contributes to the improvement of the practice of teachers within upper secondary education. It is necessary to sensitize educational institutions about the need for continuous teacher training for female teachers, especially the creation of sisterhood networks among women so that they continue with their professional training.
