Improvement of learning from the point of view of the pedagogical management.
Abstract
The teaching-learning process must be accompanied by the implementation of coordinated actions and resources to enhance the pedagogical and didactic process of teachers. The research shows the application of an instrument to determine the level of association of different variables of pedagogical management and their influence on learning with the general objective: to determine the relationship between pedagogical management and the improvement of learning in the civic education course of the first year of high school at the Educational Institution of the Eloy Alfaro Military College of the City of Quito, Ecuador. The results obtained were aimed at highlighting the role of curricular programming; methodological and didactic strategies; assessments of learning; the use of teaching materials and resources.
