Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze how educational management is related to perceived job satisfaction in the teaching staff of the República de Chile educational institution in the city of Lima. The methodology was quantitative with a descriptive correlational scope and the study sample consisted of 90 teachers from the institution. Survey-type questionnaires were used as data collection instruments that were validated by means of expert juries, determining reliability with statistical criteria. The results of the descriptive, correlational and hypothesis testing analyzes have corroborated the relationship that exists between educational management and job satisfaction, in the context of teacher training.
