Abstract
The author of this paper presents an analysis of the problematic situation that addresses the scientific research related to the learning of simplified Chinese writing in English-speaking school-age children aged 4 to 6 years through a case study in Toodyay, Western Australia, Australia, as well as the research protocol that will govern its work; this as part of her scientific research to obtain the degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences.
