Abstract

The objective of the study was: to determine the relationship between strategic planning and educational service in Psychology Faculty students with a sample of 168 students from the Federico Villareal University, applying questionnaires validated by experts. The data processing was by means of the SPSS® statistical software. The type of study was quantitative, nonexperimental, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational design with data collection techniques, numerical measurement and statistical analysis. The type of sampling was probabilistic and stratified. The results show that the variables are directly, moderately and significantly related, according to the opinions of students. The strategic planning variable is significantly correlated with the dimensions of educational services.
