Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the Old Age Law in Venezuela from the trialist perspective of the legal world, presented by Werner Goldschmidt and Miguel Ángel Ciuro Caldani, theory of the three great elements that make it up, such as facts, norms and values, making it special emphasis on the fact that justice is materialized in social reality and in the norms. It concludes on the contributions that the trialist theory makes to the right of old age in Venezuela and in what way this right, so significant, should be covered with the importance it deserves, not only from the normative point of view, through the combination and understanding for the recognition and application of true justice.
