Immigrant rights in Ecuadorian law. An instrument to measure data on immigration.
Abstract
Migration polarizes contemporary research on human mobility during the pandemic. Objective: to analyze the proposal of a questionnaire to measure the conditions that encompass migration and decision making for the care of children, young immigrants and their families in communities under the protection of Ecuadorian law. The type of research starts with an exploratory study with cross-sectional observational character to end with a descriptive study of the instrument. A pilot test was applied to evaluate the questionnaire, the evaluation of the survey and the opinion of the experts. The main result was the validation of the instrument to be used in the collection of data on the subject. It is concluded that the instrument is relevant.
