Abstract

Ecuador, like Latin American countries, established population isolation measures to counteract the effects of the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, and it has been a perfect time to violate labor rights by certain business sectors that carry out actions such as reduction important of your salary or untimely dismissals in the worst case; This is the case of 130 workers from the Ecuacerámica company in the Riobamba city who have been laid off. The objective was to analyze the untimely dismissal of the company's workers during the health emergency in Riobamba, thus violating and violating the workers' rights.
