Abstract

The proposed topic refers to the abuse of employers who, making use of untimely and violent dismissal, fractured the right to labor stability of workers, in one of the most complex times for the world, the COVID 19 pandemic. Employers took advantage of this health situation to dismiss their workers without paying them what the law provides, contrary to the provisions of the Labor Code, which was created as an instrument of the Constitution to ensure the rights of workers and guarantee labor stability. This work helps to demonstrate the arrogance and abuse on the part of the owners of the means of production, causing labor precariousness.
