The digital evidence in judicial processes applicable to the General Organic Code of Processes (COGEP), from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

For the development of this article, it was taken into account that from the COVID-19 pandemic on March 17, 2020, through Presidential Decree No. 1017 was declared a State of Emergency issued by the Constitutional President of the Republic of Colombia. 1017 was declared the State of Emergency issued by the Constitutional President of the Republic of Ecuador and with it brought consequences to society and one of them were the procedures and judicial processes, in matters relating to the General Organic Code of Processes, because in the documents was made use of the electronic signature, also attaching digital evidence that must comply with the requirements established in the same regulations and thus be resolved by the competent authority.
