Mental models for the understanding of the reform process of the Montecristi constitution.

Abstract

The Ecuadorian Magna Carta called the Montecristi Constitution, approved in 2008, has undergone numerous modifications, which have not been dealt with correctly in accordance with the provisions. Under this problematic situation, the objective is set: to achieve the understanding of the constitutional reform process, establishing the above from the hypothesis: with the assimilation of the appropriate procedure starting from its conceptualization, it will be possible to eradicate the bad practices that have taken place so far. To achieve the proposed objective, mind map models, flow diagrams and concept maps will be used for the management of knowledge by the facilities they have.
