Abstract
When a divorce between a couple with children occurs, the regulation of the visitation regime is established by a judge, which has been affected due to the beginning of the isolation phase to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. The suspension of the visitation regime can affect the emotional health of the children, generating feelings of rejection, anguish, depression, etc. Physical contact is necessary and taking the children out of the house to comply with the visitation regime, making transfers with the possible security measures. This work analyzes and determines the effects and effects of the suspension of the visitation regime.
