Abstract

This cross-sectional study had its epicenter in establishing the scenario in which commercial companies act as an expanded way of directly exercising financial intermediation. The provisions of the Organic Monetary and Financial Code, 2014 agree. The strength of the research provided greater economy; a fact that made it possible to work with more subjects by producing results more quickly. After a tour of the praximetry on the fundamental ideas of financial intermediation and the legal bases of the modern State, the author analyzed the practice of interpreting the law and the interaction of the regulatory system of financial law in Ecuador, with a view to demonstrating your hypothesis.
