Comparative analysis of variables affecting the educational structure of Ecuador and Uruguay.

Abstract

This article presents a comparative analysis between the countries Ecuador and Uruguay in relation to incident variables in their educational structure. First, the incident evolutionary variables are presented; later, the determining economic variables, and finally, the intrinsic structural variables. In this last category, we reflect on the regulations of educational institutions as a regulatory document and educator of human capital with scientific and technological support, in addition to other factors which can influence their harmonious operation. The work also presents an analysis of both countries from different perspectives that invite reflection and study of factors that promote educational development.
