Lifestyles of human capital in a research center through a health management model.
Abstract
Individual lifestyles, characterized by identifiable behavior patterns, can have a profound effect on the health of the individual. The study design presented was quantitative, descriptive and explanatory. It is important to mention that the majority of those surveyed with 76.47% reveal that they have a bad perception of their health, and this is related to the fact that they do not carry out physical activity, they do not eat an adequate diet and if added to that are added working hours; they are factors that influence having a healthy lifestyle, since good health is always perceived related to food; however, we forget about other factors that influence the person's own perception.
