Teacher training, teaching practice and reflective practice: a training challenge in higher education institutions.
Abstract
The notion of teaching practice is determined by the social, historical, and social context. Strengthening it has been a key element in all educational levels of the Mexican National Educational System. The challenge not yet achieved by higher-level educational institutions has been to transform this teaching work to a level of good practices, train trainers capable of transforming their role within the classroom as well as their teaching image, inability to reflect on their skills. classroom practices and deploying the necessary skills to combine practice with theory.
