Abstract

This article refers to a research that promotes the strategy for the evaluation of the performance of the teaching practice in high school No. 16 of the Autonomous University of Guerrero. It is adopted as a starting point, the influence of an assessment of the practice of teachers focused on students, since this is very complex due to the great variety of elements that intervene in it; as well as the possibilities of contributing to the solution of this problem from the skills that are part of the performance of the teachers' practice, of the preparation through a multidisciplinary educational skill.
