Analysis of study habits in upper secondary education in agronomy students.
Abstract
The objective was to analyze the study habits (HE) in agronomy students in upper secondary education. A survey with six scales was applied: Study place (LUG), study planning (PLA), attention in the study room (ATE), study techniques (TEC), jobs (TRA) and general attitude (ACT). 343 records of students from the campuses in Mérida, Veracruz, Tabasco and Texcoco were used. The data were analyzed with the Friedman rank procedure. The ACT, TEC and ATE scales had values of 73 to 78%, while TRA, LUG and PLA had 57.7, 60 and 34%, respectively, which implies that students must improve their work, their place of study and plan their academic activities.
