Training the directors of educational centers for networking and local development.

Abstract

The responsibility assigned to education to fulfill its social objectives requires perfecting the preparation of school directors. In school practice there are weaknesses in directing the process of preparing these managers for networking and contributing to local development. This research aims to propose a strategy for preparing the directors of educational institutions in Santa Clara for networking that contributes to raising the quality of education, based on local development. Empirical methods such as document analysis, observation and interview are used. The conclusions suggest that the strategy developed corresponds to the diagnosis made and the specialists consider its application feasible.
