Management skills and their influence on the results of an educational institution.
Abstract
To reveal the influence of managerial activities on the results of the institution, the quantitative approach was used, in a basic type investigation, with a non-experimental design. The population was of 20 teachers, the technique used for data collection was the survey in the managerial skills variable, as well as 20 items in the variable results of an educational institution that were validated by the experts, whose results were 0.958, which corresponds to an excellent reliability to the first variable and 0.869 corresponds to the second variable; Likewise, the results revealed that there is no significance, it is 0.136, being greater than the 0.05 established by the study; therefore, the null hypothesis is accepted.
